After the upload is complete, you can access them from the inspiration library in the design tool and reuse them directly in future projects, reducing repeated design work. This article explains how to submit a templates and use it in the design tool. For Users ========= All Elite users Entrance ======== Go to the workspace, then click **Submit** under **Al Templates**. ![](//qhstatic-sg-s3.coohom.com/image/png/1788849238070/CD510A1529047360B04E52B7729A7773.png) Submit a Templates ================== 1. Click **Submit** , select **Team Library/Personal Library** , and click **Submit** again**(Example: Team Library)**. * Note**:** The project you submit must be fully designed, and each space must be named accurately. ![](//qhstatic-sg-s3.coohom.com/image/png/1788849198662/837AC24DDFF4E3F0DD688A3D590FB3EE.png) 2. Select the spaces you want to upload, then follow the prompts to set the **Title, Scene, Showmap, Placement Products**, and other information. If you select all spaces for upload, you must configure each selected space separately. ![](//qhstatic-sg-s3.coohom.com/image/png/1788849794884/7644B9C65388B513F03711778CC576C8.png) * **Placement Products** : Select **Configure Single Products/Configure Product Packages** , click **Finished Products/Customize** , then click **Add Finished Products/Add Custom Items** on the right. In the panel that appears, select the products and click **Confirm**. (When selecting a configuration method, only one method is supported. You can then return to the previous step to make adjustments. If a sub-account submits the sample room, the owner account must review it in **Template Manager** . After the upload is complete, open the design tool, select **Inspiration Library** in the left sidebar, and click **Team Library** at the top. Select the asset you need**,** then click **Pick them All** in the panel that appears. Successfully submitted model rooms by the main account will be directly shelved in the **Team Library**. 2. Sub-account submissions require approval from the main account or administrator before being shelved in the **Team Library**. 3. After a template is uploaded, there is a delay before it can be used from **Inspiration Library** in the design tool. It will be available the next day.
