## Content

To prevent quote maintenance personnel from having to go back and modify quote rules after discovering model quote issues in the design tool, the quote settings page now provides a validation feature. This feature allows users to check whether the formula calculations, quote categories, quote objects, and other elements involved in the quote rules are correct. It also supports batch validation of multiple quote rules, improving the efficiency of quote rule maintenance.

For Users
=========

Enterprise Administrator

* Enterprise sub-accounts must be assigned a role such as **Kitchen and Bath/Custom Furniture/Door and Window Product and Quotation Admin** by the administrator. Once assigned, the sub-account can use pricing-related features.

Entrance
========

1. In the enterprise workspace, go to **Enterprise Catalog --- Custom Products --- Product Catalog --- Advanced ---** **Quote.**

Check a Single Rule
===================

In the action column of any quote rule, click **Check** to check that rule.

Batch Verification
==================

1. On the quote rules page, under **Model Quotation Rule** , select the checkboxes for the rules you want to validate, then click **Batch Verification**.

* **Note: For performance reasons, you can select up to 10 quote rules at a time for batch verification.**

2. Verification may take a few minutes. Once complete, the results appear in the **Batch Verification Results** pop-up:

* Filter results by **All** , **Normal** , or **Error**.
* The left panel lists all quote rules included in this batch. You can switch between them.
* The right panel shows the validation results for all models under the currently selected quote rule.

3. After closing the pop-up, you can review the latest verification results for a single rule by clicking **Results** in its action column.
