The data analysis feature is very helpful for enterprise users, allowing them to understand the product usage of all users within the enterprise.

For Users

Feature Description

Account Data
------------

You can view the number of **Projects Created** by individuals and enterprises, as well as the number of completed **Renderings** .

**Targeted Objects:**
1. **'Data analytics' menu item**: Selected to access the data analytics dashboard.
2. **'Account data' menu item**: Used to navigate to the account-specific data overview page.

Overall Activity
----------------

You can view the activity status of all accounts, including each account's project creation, rendering status, and tool usage data.

Accounts Ranking

View the specific data of each designer in your **Enterprise**.

* You can also click **Download Accounts Usage Details** , then click the download file in the pop-up window in the upper right corner to view the time spent by team members in Coohom.
