Coohom's **[AI floor planner](https://www.coohom.com/case/ai-floor-planner)** fills a plan with furniture for you --- run it across the whole layout or on selected rooms, pick a style, then switch to 3D to see the result.

Open AI Design
==============

In the design tool, click **AI Design** in the top-right corner.

Generate a Smart Layout
=======================

1. In the pop-up panel, choose **Full Layout** or **Specific Rooms** in the top right corner. (Example: full layout).

* If **Specific Rooms** is selected, you need to first choose the room (multiple selections allowed) before proceeding with other operations.

2. Place the cursor over the corresponding space to **Change Room Type** in the pop-up window.

3. Next, at the bottom, **Choose Your Preferred Style** and then click **Generate AI Design.**

4. Once the generation is successful, you can switch to **3D** view to see the effect.

* When **Full Layout** is selected, the generated effect is as follows:

* When **Specific Rooms** (Living Room) is selected, the generated effect is as follows:

Check Supported Room Types
==========================

In the **AI Design** tool, only the room types listed in the pop-up window can be selected and used to generate smart layouts.

Fix Unsupported Room Types
==========================

If a room type is not within the supported range as shown in the pop-up, it cannot be selected or used to generate a smart layout, as shown below:

* When the room type is set to **Customized** , the AI Design tool will prompt "Change the room type for greyed-out rooms, or they cannot qenerate Al layouts"**.**

* At this point, it is necessary to replace the room type with a supported one in the pop-up window. After the replacement is completed, smart layouts can be generated normally.
