## Content

The Coohom enterprise product catalog provides a complete set of tag management features. After creating tags, you can add custom tags to products in your enterprise library, helping users more easily categorize and filter products.

For Users
=========

Enterprise users (Admin and Manager roles only)

Entrance
========

On the Workspace page, click **Enterprise Catalog --- Product Info --- Tag Management.**

**Workflow Steps:**
1. **'Enterprise catalog' menu item:** Selects the enterprise-level material catalog.
2. **'Product info' menu item:** Expands the product information sub-menu.

Create Tags
===========

1. Enter thetag management page and click **New Category** in the upper right corner.

2. In the pop-up panel, set the **Category, Type,** and**Tags** , then click **Confirm** after completing the settings.

* When the type is **Single**: It means that within this category, a product can only select one tag.
* When the type is **Multiple**: It means a product can select multiple tags within this category.

**Guided Operations:**
- **② Red Box:** The configuration area including the "Category" input field, "Type" selection (Single/Multiple), and "Tags" addition section. It is used to define the basic properties and associated tags of a new category.

3. After successfully creating tags, you can view the relevant information on the tag management page.

* Note: Click **Edit** to modify the relevant information of the tag.

Tagging Products
================

1. After completing tag settings, click **Enterprise Catalog** **--- Products --- Furniture** , then click the corresponding product to enter the product details page**,** and click **Edit** in the upper right corner.

**Workflow Steps:**
1. **"Enterprise catalog" menu item:** Selects the enterprise-level asset repository.
2. **"Products > Furniture" category:** Navigates to the specific furniture sub-category to filter available models.

2. Enter the editing page, click **Add Tag** , select the desired tags in the pop-up panel, and click **Confirm.**

3. After adding tags, click **Save** at the top to complete the tagging.

Tag Application
===============

Enter the Design Tool page, click **Enterprise Catalog** in the left sidebar, then you can click **More** at the top and filter products by tags.

**Workflow Steps:**
1. **'More' button:** Clicked to expand advanced filtering or detailed attribute options for the selected asset.
2. **'modern' tag/option:** Selected to filter assets by a specific style (Modern) or to assign this style attribute to the item.
