Draw a Terrace or Balcony
-------------------------
1. In the **Floor plan**, use the wall tool from the left sidebar to draw a room.
2. Select the area, then change the **Room Type** in the **Room** properties section on the right to **Terrace/Balcony** (selecting terrace defaults to no ceiling).
3. Select the walls, and then adjust the required **Height** in the properties section on the right.
4. Switch to a 3D view, select the floor/walls, and replace them with desired materials from the **Models**.
5. Place the required model assets.
6. Use the **Rendering** tools to render, and display the effect as shown in the figure below:
