Configuring Department Coefficients for General Quotation
=========================================================

In the enterprise workspace, go to **Enterprise Catalog --- Custom Products --- Product Catalog --- Advanced--- General Quotation.**

Setting Department Coefficients
-------------------------------

1. On the **General Quotation** page, click **Price List** to **Check** department coefficients.

2. Click **Edit** next to the price list, then click **Edit** next to Department Coefficient. Edit the department coefficient in the pop-up panel and click **Confirm** when finished.

The quotation output is calculated as follows:

* Department coefficient logic: The product of the user's department coefficient and all its parent department coefficients. Defaults to 1 if left blank. For example, a user assigned to a franchisee department might have a coefficient of 0.3\*2\*1.
* The unit price visible to the user is: Original Unit Price \* Department Coefficient.

Setting Department Coefficients
-------------------------------

1. On the quotation page, click **Department Factor** next to the quotation rule.

2. Set the department coefficient in the pop-up panel and click **Confirm** to save.

3. Once configured, log in with accounts under different departments to see the final quotation. The results will vary based on the coefficient, as shown in the example below:
