① Account Recycle Bin Feature Introduction
If an enterprise administrator determines that an account can be deleted and removes it via the account details' delete button, the account can be restored if needed by using the [Account Recycle Bin].
(Note: Deleted accounts are retained for 30 days before permanent removal.)
Example:
The Recycle Bin retains accounts deleted within the last 180 days and provides a restore function.
When restoring an account, you must specify a department to host the recovered account.
Once the restoration is complete, navigate to the designated department in the organizational account structure to confirm that the recovered account has been successfully restored.
② Return to Legacy Version (Organization Account Portal)
If there is still a need to use the legacy backend version in the short term, you can click [Back to Old Version] to switch back.
③ APIC Account Management
If an enterprise has purchased API services and created accounts through the API, it can access the management page via Toolbox > APIC Management.
Click to access the APIC management list. If APIC capability is not enabled, the entry or data will not be displayed.
