[Enterprise] How to Export Quotation List?

If you are an enterprise user, you can export quotation lists for Kitchen & Bath, Custom furniture items of a project in just a few clicks.

For Users

Enterprise users (the solution includes production capabilities). Only the main account can set a quotation list template. Sub-accounts can use the function of exporting quotation list. If you need custom configuration, you can contact CSC for consultation.

Entrance

1. Enter the project that you want to work on. In the left-side navigation panel, click Advanced Tool. In the Advanced Tool panel, click Kitchen & Bath or Closet.

No matter what you click, you can export quotations for any of these 3 item types as long as they exist in your project.

2. In the top navigation bar, hover your mouse over the Drawings & Schedules icon. In the drop-down menu that appears, move your cursor to Custom Furniture Quotes.

Then, select among the 2 options, which are Kitchen & Bath and Custom Furniture, for the quotation you want accordingly.

View, Edit and Export Quotation

1. The steps to view, edit and export quotations of Custom Furniture and Kitchen & Bath. So here, we select Kitchen & Bath as an example.

Click Kitchen & Bath in the previous step, and a window with basic settings of the Kitchen & Bath quotation will pop up.

2. Next, choose the Quote Logic from Length, Area or Projected.

3. You can also view the total price on the quote in USD by hitting Click to Get.

4. If you want to generate the Kitchen & Bath quote, click the Generate blue button.

5. Then the quote starts to generate.

You can click the View button to open the generated quote.

6. Now, you can view all the quotation details.

In this example, only the Kitchen items are included on the quote since there’s no custom Bath items from the project.

Here, on the Quotation Template, the quotation items are divided into Cabinet, Hardware and Molding, listed with details such as the material, dimension, unit, price, etc.

You can search for any info on the quotation by typing in a keyword in the text searching box.

You can adjust the View Mode to display quotation details on multiple pages pieced together with a long scroll bar or on individual pages that can be switched to and fro.

7. You can add extra details such as Installation fees directly on this page.

8. If you want to edit or fill in fields, such as Customer, Contact Info, Sales Representatives, etc, you can click Save on the top-left corner of the page and export the quotation in PDF, Word, or Excel format to your local device.

9. You can switch from Quotation Template to Customized Quotation and edit details such as Store, Client, Drafters, etc. on this new page. You can also export the customized quotation to your local device in the PDF, Word or Excel format.
