Spec 01 / What does this AI Floor Planner actually do?

This AI Floor Planner helps you convert photos, hand-drawn sketches, or rough measurements into clean, accurate 2D floor plans. Instead of manually drawing layouts from scratch, the AI identifies walls, rooms, doors, and windows, then generates a structured plan you can edit, export, and share.

Spec 02 / What types of files or inputs can I upload?

You can upload smartphone photos, scanned sketches, PDFs, screenshots, or incomplete floor plan images. The tool is designed to work with real-world, imperfect inputs rather than requiring professional CAD drawings.

Spec 03 / How accurate are the generated floor plans?

With clear inputs, the AI produces layouts accurate enough for early design, renovation planning, and real estate use. All dimensions and structures can be adjusted after generation, so most users treat the result as a fast and reliable starting point rather than a locked final drawing.

Most floor plans are generated in under one minute. Simple layouts may take only seconds, while larger single-floor homes may take slightly longer. Speed is one of the biggest advantages compared to traditional manual drafting.

Spec 07 / Does it support multi-floor or duplex homes?

Currently, multi-floor or duplex layouts are not supported for automatic generation. The AI Floor Planner is optimized for single-floor homes, apartments, and individual levels to ensure accuracy and a smooth editing experience. If needed, each floor can be created and managed as a separate plan, but automatic floor linking is not available at this time.

Spec 08 / What formats can I export my floor plan in?

You can export your floor plans in common formats such as PDF and PNG, with additional CAD-compatible formats available depending on your plan. This makes it easy to share layouts with clients, contractors, or collaborators.

Spec 09 / What if the AI misinterprets part of my plan?
