Your personal data may be collected, stored, and used when we provide our AI-powered design services. If you do not provide relevant personal data, you may not be able to register as a user, enjoy some of our specialized features, or achieve the desired rendering results.

1.1 Registration & Authentication

To access AIHom's services, you need to register for an account. During registration, we collect your email address to send a verification code. Alternatively, you can sign up using third-party OAuth services (such as your Google account), in which case we will collect your Google email address, username, and profile picture. We will retain this data until you request to delete your account.

1.2 Account Settings & Preferences

Upon completing registration, you can customize your profile (including avatar, email, name, region, and preferred language), security settings, notification preferences, and affiliate details. We collect all information you voluntarily provide in these settings to personalize your interface.

1.3 Clipboard Smart Detection (Quick Import)

To streamline your workflow, AIHom features a smart clipboard detection tool. When you open the platform, the system may scan your clipboard locally to check if you have copied a valid design link or floor plan image. If detected, a pop-up will ask if you want to import it directly. This data is processed entirely on your local device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to import it.

1.4 AI Floor Plan Layout Generator

When you use AIHom to generate spaces, you can input text Prompts describing your design vision. We collect these text inputs and the resulting floor plan layouts generated by our AI models. This information is used to train our design algorithms, optimize prompt responsiveness, and allow you to review or modify your layout versions.

1.5 2D & 3D Interactive Canvas

When you modify layouts on our interactive canvas (such as adding, deleting, or moving furniture elements), we collect your design data. This includes: tool click frequencies, timestamp interactions, active templates, and layout adjustments. This data is essential to ensure that your 2D edits instantly sync and reflect accurately in the fully rotatable 3D view.

1.6 Immersive Photorealistic Rendering

When you issue a rendering command, we collect your design scheme, selected assets, and specific rendering requests to generate 4K photorealistic scenes. In the fully navigable rendering mode, we track interaction telemetry to optimize spatial movement and process images captured when you click the built-in "Capture" button.

1.7 Enterprise Function & Beta Trial Application

To apply for an enterprise trial or specialized Beta features, we collect your full name, company details (including name, size, country, and industry), and contact email. We use this information to contact you, verify eligibility, and provide tailored services.

1.8 Online Customer Support & Community Groups

When you seek assistance via our online channels (including email support or our dedicated WhatsApp support group), we collect the chat logs, screenshots, and contact info you provide to analyze technical bugs, resolve rendering failures, and deliver solutions.

1.9 Marketing Messages & Referral Tracking

Upon registration, your email address may be used for promotional communications regarding new features, design topics, and special campaigns. You can opt out at any time via account settings. If you participate in our Sharing Activity (sharing designs to X, Reddit, or Pinterest), we track the completion status of the activity to instantly award bonus credits to your account.

1.10 Subscription & Paid Services (Credit Refills)

If you subscribe to premium tiers or purchase credit refills, we collect necessary payment information via secure third-party processors. This includes card expiration dates, CVC, transaction prices, and payment completion status. We do not directly store your full credit card numbers on our servers; all transactions are handled by vetted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

1.11 Service Stability & Technical Logs

When you use AIHom, we automatically collect technical log data via cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. This includes:

Device Information: Hardware models, OS versions, unique device identifiers, and IP addresses.
Connection Details: Browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and language settings.
Telemetry Data: Device status, canvas sensor data, system error logs (e.g., flux rendering errors), and browsing activity.

We process this operational data to diagnose technical issues, maintain cross-platform stability, and continuously improve our AI model processing speed.

2. Description of Information Collection Methods Such As Cookies

We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to store user preferences and log data. You may choose to refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in or utilizing features that rely on persistent sessions.

Our cookies primarily serve to: identify your session, remember user language/interface preferences, analyze feature engagement, and optimize personalized ads.

3. Your Rights

We take all reasonable steps to ensure you can successfully exercise your data privacy rights in accordance with applicable regional laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). 3.4 Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You can request data deletion, subject to statutory retention requirements.

3.6 Right to Object: You have the right to object to data processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing profiling.

4. How We Retain, Store, and Protect Your Personal Data

4.1 Data Storage Location

Your personal data is stored exclusively on secure cloud infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services ("AWS") servers.

4.2 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active or as needed to fulfill the original purposes outlined in Section 1. We may extend retention where required by international tax, legal, or compliance obligations. Once these periods expire, your data is securely shredded, deleted, or anonymized.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your assets, including:

Strict identity authentication and role-based access controls for internal staff.
End-to-end data encryption (SSL/TLS) during transmission and storage.
Continuous monitoring by a dedicated security team to intercept cyber threats.

Despite these measures, no digital system is 100% immune. If a breach occurs, we will mitigate the harm immediately, notify affected users as legally required, and enhance defenses.

4.4 Your Role in Security

We strongly urge you to use complex, unique passwords for your AIHom account, change them regularly, and protect your login credentials. Do not use identical passwords across multiple platforms to prevent credential-stuffing attacks.

5. How We Share or Disclose Your Personal Data

We may share your data with:

Vetted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our infrastructure (such as AWS cloud storage and payment gateways).
Legal and regulatory authorities when mandated to comply with applicable laws or judicial proceedings.

We do not sell your personal data or AI designs to data brokers. In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity under the same protective terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

6. How We Transfer Your Personal Data Across Borders

When you access AIHom, your data may be transferred to and processed in servers located outside your home country (including the United States).

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), we ensure it benefits from an adequate level of protection by relying on:

Adequacy Decisions: Recognizing countries that ensure an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 of the GDPR.
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Utilizing standard clauses approved under Article 46 of the GDPR for transfers to countries without an adequacy decision.

AIHom integrates with and allows sharing to third-party platforms (such as X, Reddit, and Pinterest). By interacting with these integrations, you provide information directly to them, subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the data practices of these independent third parties.

8. Children

AIHom is not directed toward, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@coohom.com, and we will promptly delete the information.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect feature updates or legal shifts. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
