To access Coohom's premium services, you may complete payment as guided within the platform interface.
Note: (i) The services of Coohom are jointly provided by Coohom Inc. and Coohom (Hong Kong) Limited. Your payment will be processed to the account of Coohom (Hong Kong) Limited; (ii) If you purchase Coohom's services through an offline written contract with Coohom or an authorized reseller, the terms of your order, payment, subscription, and after-sales service shall be governed by the signed agreement between you and Coohom or its reseller.
To activate this service, you may proceed with payment using one of the designated methods on the platform. The service duration will correspond to the subscription term you select and pay for. Once activated, the service is non-transferable and non-refundable.
To prevent inconvenience or losses resulting from delayed subscription renewal due to oversight or other reasons, Coohom offers an automatic renewal service. Unless otherwise specified by Coohom, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional term upon expiration, and you authorize Coohom to charge the applicable fee from your payment account on the next billing date. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for successful payment and acknowledge liability for renewal failures due to insufficient balances. Auto-renewal can be managed or canceled at any time via the subscription interface.
You may cancel subscription at any time via the designated subscription interface. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for cancellations or downgrades processed during an active subscription period.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period. However, Coohom reserves the right to modify pricing in line with business requirements, with such changes taking effect upon renewal at the then-current rates.
If you are found to be using Coohom's services in violation of applicable laws, Coohom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately without refund. You will be liable for any additional damages caused to Coohom.
This Subscription Agreement forms part of the Terms of Use. In case of any discrepancy, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
