Credits are the exclusive consumption unit provided by Coohom for AI functions, used to redeem the capability to invoke AI tools on the platform; only for new AI-related functions, without affecting your existing paid rights like design or rendering. Each AI tool invocation will consume a corresponding amount of credits, and the specific consumption standards are based on the prompts within the tools.
On the workspace page, click on the avatar to view your current credit balance. Click the Credits button to see detailed usage records (Note: The initial credit balance is set to 0).
1. Enterprise accounts (including main and sub-accounts) have an initial credit balance of 0 by default, with no automatic allocation of credits.
2. A credit balance of 0 does not affect your usage of existing paid features like traditional design or rendering. It only affects the usage of AI tools that require credits, and a notification will appear for insufficient credits.
Currently, enterprise users can only obtain credits through applications or gifts from the CSC team.
Q1: My enterprise account shows Credits as 0. Will this affect my current rendering/design functions?
A1: No, it won't. Credits are only used for new AI features such as AI modeler and AI smart layout. Your purchased rendering, modeling, and other traditional paid rights are not affected by the credit balance and can be used as usual.
Q2: How can I apply for a credit quota for my enterprise account?
A2: Please directly contact your dedicated CSC to submit an application. Once approved, the quota will be allocated to your enterprise account.
Q3: How are credits used and distributed for enterprise sub-accounts?
A3: The credit quota must be obtained through the enterprise's main account administrator by contacting the dedicated CSC. Once approved, the quota will be shared within the enterprise. The main and sub-accounts will consume the allocated credits based on the configured rules when using AI tools.
Q4: Why is the previously available free daily invocation quota for AI modeler no longer available?
A4: All AI features have transitioned to a credit consumption model. The previous free quota has been canceled, and all invocations now require credit consumption. You can continue using the tools by applying for exclusive enterprise credit quotas.
Q5: Do credits have an expiration date?
A5: Free credits applied for by enterprise customers are valid for 7 days. Once the quota is exhausted, you can contact your CSC to apply for more.
