Q1: What is "Seat"? What is the difference between it and an account?
A1: A "Seat" is equivalent to the software usage license you purchased. One seat can be bound to a specific member's email (account) for usage. If the member leaves or transfers to another role, you can remove them, leaving the "Seat" vacant for allocation to a new member.
Q2: When a member leaves, will their completed design projects be lost?
A2: No. When you remove a member from the team, their design data will remain securely stored in the team space, and you can access or edit it anytime.
Q3: If I want to add a new member (Seat Purchase) mid-subscription, how is the cost calculated?
A3: To help you manage your bills conveniently, all newly added seats will automatically align with the main account's expiration date. The system will calculate the number of days remaining until the next renewal, and you only need to pay the pro-rated fee based on the remaining days, so there is no need to pay the full amount. On the next billing date, the entire team will renew together uniformly.
Q4: When additional seats are purchased mid-term, will the benefits like rendering coupons also be pro-rated?
A4: Yes. The system will proportionally calculate and issue benefits like rendering coupons based on the remaining days.
Q5: If an employee leaves and I reduce their seat number, can I get a cash refund?
A5: Sorry, cash refunds are not supported within the current subscription cycle. When you remove an employee, the seat will become "idle." You can reassign it to a new employee before the current cycle ends. If you decide not to retain the seat for the next cycle, the system will automatically deduct it from the next renewal and not charge you.
Q6: What happens if my team's bill expires and I forget to renew it?
A6: After the team subscription expires, there will be a 30-day grace period. As long as you renew within these 30 days, all team member configurations and permissions will seamlessly recover. If you do not renew after 30 days, the team configuration information will be lost.
Q7: Can I reassign an idle seat to different people an unlimited number of times?
A7: To ensure account security and prevent abuse, the redistribution limit is capped at two times the total number of seats per month.
Q8: I was previously a Basic or Pro individual user. If I join an Elite team, will my personal subscription become part of the team plan?
A8: When you accept the invitation to join the Elite team, your interface will include both "Personal Space" and "Team Space." You can manually copy projects from your personal space into the team space.
Your historical personal designs will still be securely stored in "Personal Space," and only you can view them.
When you switch to "Team Space," you can enjoy Elite's advanced benefits and share projects with team members.
Q9: Why can’t I find the old "Share via link for anyone to edit/copy" button?
A9: To comprehensively protect corporate and designer copyrights as well as data security, we have upgraded the collaboration mechanism. The external public editing link feature, which posed security risks, has been removed and replaced with "Internal Invitation." Now, if you need to edit projects collaboratively, you must invite the other party to join your Elite team space.
Q10: Why is it that when exporting projects from "Personal Space", there are still watermarks or some functionality is restricted?
A10: Elite's advanced benefits are tied to the "Team Space." To use the complete suite of advanced features, make sure the project is created or opened within the "Team Space." If you'd like to work with older projects in Personal Space, you can use the "Copy/Move to Team" feature to transfer them to the Team Space before exporting.
