The team owner may invite members to join the team and assign appropriate permissions according to actual work needs. Upon completion of the relevant design projects, the team owner and administrators may remove members as needed. If there are insufficient seats when inviting new members, additional seats can be purchased to meet the demand.

Entrance
On the workspace page, click Members in the left panel, then click Invite Member.
Invite by Email
In the pop-up panel, select Invite by Email, then enter the invited member's email address and click Send Invitation.
Invite by Link
In the pop-up panel, select Invite by Link, then copy the link and send it to the members who need to join.
You can go to the Members page, click the "..." button next to a member, and Grant/Revoke Admin Access.
1. Click the ... button next to a member, then click Remove (Note: Team administrators also have permission to remove members).
2. The plans created by removed members will still be retained in the Team Plans folder, with the creator displayed as Deleted User.
Entrance 1: On the workspace page, click Members in the left panel, then click Seat in the top right corner. In the pop-up panel, click Add More Seats.
Entrance 2: On the workspace page, click Members in the left panel, select Invite Member, then in the pop-up panel click Add Seats.
Entrance 3: Click Subscription in the left panel, go to the subscription page, and click Add More Seats.
After clicking Add More Seats, fill in the number of seats to be purchased in the pop-up panel, then click continue, fill in the relevant information, and make the payment.
1. After a team member leaves, the team owner can remove the member from the team. The seat will become vacant and can be reassigned to a new member. However, there are limits on the number of reassignments and cooldown periods within the current subscription cycle(Specific rules on the maximum number of assignments and the cooling-off period for operations will be separately planned and synchronized subsequently).
2. Once the team space expires, all Elite privileges will be revoked, team features will become unavailable, and team members will lose access to the space (including personal assets within the space). The team owner can reactivate the space within 30 days to restore all team functionalities. After this period, data such as the team library, member management, and team settings will be permanently inaccessible.
