To help you and your team get started quickly, we have prepared this guide. The workspace is divided into projects, material, Application, and management — four core modules. Whether it's finding design inspiration, consolidating corporate assets, streamlining customization, or managing teams and data, you can easily handle it all here. Follow this guide to embark on your journey of efficient collaboration right away!

Workspace Page Overview

Left Navigation Bar

The navigation bar is divided into Projects, Material, Application, Management — Projects is a place for you to view all project plans; Material allows you to quickly access your favorites and uploaded materials; Application lets you quickly access various application features.

Top Toolbar

1. Click Home Design Ideas to access a vast library of design templates, offering you inspiring home design concepts.

2. Click Academy to watch instructional videos that help you get started quickly.

3. Click Help Center, where you can find comprehensive, self-service user support and a large knowledge base to quickly locate answers.

4. Hover over your avatar at the top-right corner to view account details.

5. Click + New 3D Projects to swiftly start a new design project.

**Module:** Top Navigation Bar

**Target Object:** Global Navigation Menu (containing "Home Design Ideas", "Academy", and "Help Center")

**Function:** Used to navigate between the main platform sections, specifically for accessing design inspiration, educational resources, and the support center.

Bottom Toolbar

1. Switch to Old Version: Click to revert to the older version of the workspace in one click.

2. Live Chat: If you encounter difficulties, click the bottom-right icon to contact customer support.

Workspace Home

The home is divided into three sections: Recent Projects, Home Design Ideas, Academy.

Recent Plans: Recently created designs will be displayed here.
Home Design Plans: Filter by Space, Style, Floor Plan, Color to quickly find your desired design templates.
Academy: Choose training courses as needed to master design tools quickly.

**Module:** Home > Academy Section

**Target Object:** The navigation menu bar within the Academy module (highlighted by the red box and marker ③), specifically containing categories such as "All courses," "Start Floor Plan Quickly," "Webinars," etc.

**Function:** Used to filter and navigate through different educational categories and learning resources to find specific tutorials or guides.

Projects

My Projects

In My Projects, you can Edit, Share, Rename, Duplicate, Delete, and view Project Details.

Share project links with others for online document viewing: Click to View.

Team Projects

In Team Projects, administrators and managers can copy designers' individual projects into team projects for management and editing.

Material

Enterprise Catalog

Enterprise Catalog includes Products, Custom Products, Product Info, Product Authorization, Product Sharing, Custom Catalog, Original Material Library, and Catalog Display Permission.

Products functionality helps you upload and manage 3D models, finishes, and textures, among others.

Custom Products can also create required materials using different tool lines.

Within Product Info, you can manage brand and tags and extend personalized information through Custom Fields.

**Module:** Enterprise catalog > Product info

**Target Object:** "Product info" menu group (specifically highlighting "Info management" as the active selection).

**Action/Purpose:** Used to navigate to the product information management section to configure customized fields for product descriptions.

Under Product Authorization, you can manage your own model authorizations or the authorized models you receive.

In Product Sharing, you can also share models with other enterprises for use.

**Module:** Enterprise catalog > Product sharing

**Annotated Objects:**
1. **"Product sharing" menu item** (Red box): Used to navigate to the product sharing management page.
2. **"Share Products" button** (Red box & Arrow): Used to initiate the process of sharing specific products with other users.

You can also create Custom Catalog as per business requirements and assign administrators to achieve refined classification and management of product resources.

**Module:** Enterprise Catalog > Catalog Management

**Workflow Steps:**
1. **"Custom catalog" menu item:** Selects the custom catalog management section from the left sidebar.
2. **"Create Catalog" button:** Opens the "Create Catalog" pop-up dialog to initiate the creation of a new catalog.
3. **"Administrator" input field:** Used to specify the administrator's email address for the new catalog.

In the Original Material Library, you can create materials as required.

**Module:** Material > Original Material Library

**Guided Actions:**
1. **Red Box (Left Sidebar):** Points to the "Original material library" menu item, used to navigate to the original material management section.
2. **Red Arrow & Box (Top Right):** Points to the "Create an Original Material" button, used to initiate the creation of a new original material asset.

You can set display permissions for Custom Furniture and Material Products in Catalog Display Permission.

**Module:** Catalog Display Permission > Permission Settings

**Targeted Object:** The "Permission Settings" panel, specifically the toggle switches for "Custom Furniture" and "Material Products" (Enterprise Library and Public Library).

**Function:** Used to configure and control the visibility range of model libraries that sub-accounts are permitted to view within the design tools.

Personal Library

Personal Library is your exclusive library for uploading and managing your personal 3D models and finishes, rather than enterprise resources.

**Module:** Personal library

**Workflow Steps:**
1. **'Personal library' menu item:** Selects the personal asset management section from the left sidebar.
2. **'Models' tab:** Switches the view to the 3D models category within the library.
3. **'Upload' button:** Used to upload new 3D model files to the personal library.

My Favorites

In My Favorites, you can view saved models and schemes across various tool lines, and also choose to Share with others or Submit to the Enterprise Library.

Application

Al Templates

You can consolidate excellent designs into enterprise-specific sample rooms and, through design tools, achieve intelligent matching and one-click application to fully enable efficient and standardized project output for your design team.

**Module:** Sidebar Navigation > Application > AI Templates

**Target Object:** "AI Templates" menu group (specifically the "Submit" sub-item)

**Function:** Used to navigate to the template submission page, where users can choose to submit room templates to either the "Enterprise Catalog" or "Personal Library."

Custom Orders

Custom Orders is a functional module for enterprises to manage the entire process of custom business. It allows for unified management of Customer Orders, Inspection Order, Production Order, and provides configurations of fields, templates, and process rules through the Order Settings. Using custom orders, enterprises can associate customer information, design plans, and order processes to achieve collaborative management from order creation, internal review, to production execution, helping enterprises enhance the standardization and management efficiency of their custom business.

3D Viewer

3D Viewer is a functional module for enterprises to digitally display products and manage operation. You can centrally manage finished models, custom products, and generate displayable product content. Coohom Show supports modular display, product combinations, 3D/AR viewing, and data statistical analysis, enabling enterprises to achieve product visualization, scene-based promotion, and performance tracking.

**Module:** Side Navigation Bar > 3D Viewer

**Target Object:** The "3D Viewer" menu group, specifically highlighting the "Create & Manage" sub-menu item.

**Purpose:** Used to access the 3D Viewer management tools to create and organize 3D viewing configurations.

Data Analytics

Data Analytics is a module provided by the platform for data statistics and visualization, allowing users to view individual and enterprise usage and business outcomes on the platform. With data analytics, you can monitor core metrics such as scheme creation, rendering output, tool usage duration, account activity, and product model usage, and conduct multi-dimensional analysis through leaderboards, custom charts, and custom dashboards to enhance enterprise operational efficiency.

**Module:** Side Navigation Bar > Data analytics

**Targeted Object:** "Account data" menu item (within the red boxed area indicated by the red arrow).

**Function:** Used to navigate to the account-specific data analytics page to view individual performance metrics, such as "Projects Created" and "Renderings."

Account Management

Employee Management

Employee Management is a function module for enterprises to centrally maintain members' accounts, departmental structures, and account permissions. In Employee Management, you can create new members or edit existing members' departments and roles for more efficient organization and personnel management.

**Module:** Account Management > Employee Management

1. **Red Box (Left Sidebar):** Highlights the "Employee management" menu item, used to enter the employee administration interface.
2. **Red Arrow (Main Panel):** Points to the "Add Member" dropdown button, used to trigger the options for adding new personnel to the organization.

**Function:** Used to modify the basic information, organization details, or role and access permissions of the selected employee.

VIP Management

In VIP Management, you can view VIP accounts with different statuses, current bindings and usage rates, as well as active and expired VIP accounts. Expired accounts can have their VIP reassigned according to prior settings.

**Module:** Management > Account Management

**Target Object:** "VIP management" menu item (indicated by the red box and arrow).

**Function:** Used to navigate to the Privilege Management page to view and manage Enterprise VIP account bindings and renewal plans.

Settings

Customization

Customization is a module for enterprises to centrally manage personalized platform configurations. Here, enterprises can set up their enterprise name, customized URL, enterprise logo, design tools settings, model privatization settings, and team projects view permissions. In Usage Preferences, dimensions, default model library displays, custom public library language, and export formats can also be configured. Custom Settings allows enterprises to standardize brand presentation, member user experience, and content visibility rules.

**Module:** Settings > Customization

**Target Object:** "Customization" menu item (highlighted by red box)

**Function:** Used to navigate to the Customizations page to manage enterprise identity settings, such as enterprise name, customized URL, and design tool preferences.
