Whether it's finding design inspiration, consolidating corporate assets, streamlining customization, or managing teams and data, you can easily handle it all here. Follow this guide to embark on your journey of efficient collaboration right away!
Enterprise Users
The navigation bar is divided into Projects, Material, Application, Management — Projects is a place for you to view all project plans; Material allows you to quickly access your favorites and uploaded materials; Application lets you quickly access various application features.
1. Click Home Design Ideas to access a vast library of design templates, offering you inspiring home design concepts.
2. Click Academy to watch instructional videos that help you get started quickly.
3. Click Help Center, where you can find comprehensive, self-service user support and a large knowledge base to quickly locate answers.
4. Hover over your avatar at the top-right corner to view account details.
5. Click + New 3D Projects to swiftly start a new design project.
1. Switch to Old Version: Click to revert to the older version of the workspace in one click.
2. Live Chat: If you encounter difficulties, click the bottom-right icon to contact customer support.
The home is divided into three sections: Recent Projects, Home Design Ideas, Academy.
In My Projects, you can Edit, Share, Rename, Duplicate, Delete, and view Project Details.
In Team Projects, administrators and managers can copy designers' individual projects into team projects for management and editing.
Enterprise Catalog includes Products, Custom Products, Product Info, Product Authorization, Product Sharing, Custom Catalog, Original Material Library, and Catalog Display Permission.
Personal Library is your exclusive library for uploading and managing your personal 3D models and finishes, rather than enterprise resources.
In My Favorites, you can view saved models and schemes across various tool lines, and also choose to Share with others or Submit to the Enterprise Library.
You can consolidate excellent designs into enterprise-specific sample rooms and, through design tools, achieve intelligent matching and one-click application to fully enable efficient and standardized project output for your design team.
Custom Orders is a functional module for enterprises to manage the entire process of custom business. It allows for unified management of Customer Orders, Inspection Order, Production Order, and provides configurations of fields, templates, and process rules through the Order Settings. Using custom orders, enterprises can associate customer information, design plans, and order processes to achieve collaborative management from order creation, internal review, to production execution, helping enterprises enhance the standardization and management efficiency of their custom business.
3D Viewer is a functional module for enterprises to digitally display products and manage operation. You can centrally manage finished models, custom products, and generate displayable product content. Coohom Show supports modular display, product combinations, 3D/AR viewing, and data statistical analysis, enabling enterprises to achieve product visualization, scene-based promotion, and performance tracking.
Data Analytics is a module provided by the platform for data statistics and visualization, allowing users to view individual and enterprise usage and business outcomes on the platform. With data analytics, you can monitor core metrics such as scheme creation, rendering output, tool usage duration, account activity, and product model usage, and conduct multi-dimensional analysis through leaderboards, custom charts, and custom dashboards to enhance enterprise operational efficiency.
Employee Management is a function module for enterprises to centrally maintain members' accounts, departmental structures, and account permissions. In Employee Management, you can create new members or edit existing members' departments and roles for more efficient organization and personnel management.
In VIP Management, you can view VIP accounts with different statuses, current bindings and usage rates, as well as active and expired VIP accounts. Expired accounts can have their VIP reassigned according to prior settings.
Customization is a module for enterprises to centrally manage personalized platform configurations. Here, enterprises can set up their enterprise name, customized URL, enterprise logo, design tools settings, model privatization settings, and team projects view permissions. In Usage Preferences, dimensions, default model library displays, custom public library language, and export formats can also be configured. Custom Settings allows enterprises to standardize brand presentation, member user experience, and content visibility rules.
Panorama are used for centrally configuring the display effects, interactive features, and sharing options for General, For Desktop, and For Mobile view of panoramic images, 720° VR, and whole-room navigation. You can configure it as needed.
