[Enterprise] Receive and Share Product Library

Custom enterprise can share/receive custom models through the product sharing feature. These shared custom models can be used in the design interface and corresponding quotation lists can be exported.

For Users

Sharing Product Library

1. On the enterprise workspace, click Enterprise Catalog, then select Product Sharing. Then, choose My Sharings at the top and click Share Products in the upper right corner.

2. In the popup panel, choose the materials you want to share, then click Next.

3. In the popup sharing panel, click Add Account, enter the account to share, select the Valid Period if needed, and click Confirm. Sharing is successful.

Receiving Product Library

1. On the enterprise workspace, click Enterprise Catalog, then select Product Sharing, and then choose Shared with Me at the top. In the received list, select the product library to be received and click Accept.

2. After receiving the product library, enter the design tool, select Advanced Tools on the left, and click Kitchen&Bath.

2. Entering the customization tool, select Supply Chain from the left panel, find the shared models from other merchants, and use them as needed.

Retrieving Product Prices from Received Product Libraries

Prerequisites

Both the sharing and receiving parties must have opened the Custom Quotation Advanced Capability Package for their products.
The sharing party must ensure that the shared custom models are set with Quotation Classification or Sales Prices and bound to quotation rules under Advanced - Production Output - Quote.

For the Sharing Party

1. On the merchant workspace, click Enterprise Catalog - Custom Products - Product Catalog, then click Advanced.

2. Click on the Quote in the Production Outpu,then open Quotation Mode in the upper right corner, then click Share Quotation Mode in the popup.

Support sharing quotation methods from the main product library; sub-product libraries are not supported.

3. Specify the Quotation Mode (multi-selection allowed), enter the recipient's Corprate Account email (Note: It must be the master business account email; sub-account emails are not allowed), and click Initiate Sharing.

Tips: The recipient can only retrieve the final calculated product price through the shared quotation methods. They cannot view or modify the specific settings of the quotation rules bound to the products.

4. In the Shared Records , past quotation sharing records between businesses are recorded. If businesses terminate their cooperation, they can stop sharing quotation methods by clicking Stop Sharing. After termination, the recipient cannot retrieve product prices.

The Quotation Mode interface also records which quotation methods have been shared externally.

5. When the sharing party deletes a shared quotation mode, a notification will be sent. After deletion, the sharing status of the method will turn to ended in the share record, and the operation record will note the changes.

For the Receiving Party

After the sharing party shares the quotation modes, the designer using the provided models in the design tool can proceed as follows:

1. Enter to the customization toolline, select the Supply Chain, then open Drawings &Schedules and select Custom Furniture Quotes-Kitchen&Bath.

If the sharing party has shared quotation mode, a list option labeled shared will appear under the quotation mode dropdown. Selecting the shared quotation mode generates a quotation list that shows specific product prices.
Note: All sub-accounts under the recipient can see the shared quotation mode in the Supply Chain !

The pricing card in the bottom right corner allows viewing of Total Price of Plan or Single Model Quote which include the shared quotation mode and product prices.

2. Upon generating a list, if the design includes models from Enterprise Catalog, Supply Chain, or Public Catalog, the quotation list will calculate prices only for models from the active material library. Models from other libraries will be listed without prices (shown as 0).

Note: Currently, simultaneous quotation for models across multiple material libraries is not supported.
