[Model Materials] AI Modeler Tool Operation Guide

In the models, select the AI modeler. You can use Lux3D/Tripo 3D/HY 3D tools to upload images and generate models, or use Tripo 3D/HY 3D tools to upload multiple view images or text to generate models. You can upload materials based on your needs. This article will explain in detail how to use the Lux3D/Tripo 3D/HY 3D tools.

Notes

1. Both Tripo 3D and HY 3D tools support uploading images/multiple view images/text to generate models.

2. The Lux3D tool supports only uploading images to generate models.

3. Each tool consumes different credits to generate models, and the generated results vary accordingly.

4. When choosing different tools and methods to generate models, you can click Parameter and adjust settings as needed.

PBR: Enabling PBR makes materials more realistic, with more natural lighting and shading effects and richer details.
HD Texture: Enabling HD Texture makes the model's surface texture finer, clearer, and closer to the real effect of the original image.
High- Poly: Enabling High- Poly ensures smoother model edges and more precise restoration of detail contours.

Entrance

1. In the design tool, click Models—AI Modeler—Tripo 3D

2. Click the dropdown icon to switch to the Lux3D/HY 3D tool as needed.

Image Generation Model

1. Choose any tool, click Upload Image, then select the images from the popup panel and click Open.

Pay attention to the image format requirements when uploading. The uploaded images should be smaller than 5MB.

2. If there are no suitable images to upload, try selecting recommended images to upload.

3. After a successful upload, if you'd like the generated model's material to appear more realistic, you can click Parameters and enable PBR.

Here, you can also view the credits required to create this model. Hover over the create model icon to check the remaining credits.

4. Click the create model icon. The model generation status and completed preview will display in the floating window. At this point, you can switch to other pages for operations and track the generation progress via the floating window.

5. The generated model will appear in the AI Model List, and you can view the effect in real-time through the 3D Viewer window. Rotate the model overview by dragging with the mouse.

You can also Zoom Panel, Minimize, or Close the panel. You can adjust the panel size by dragging the arrow at the bottom-right corner of the panel.

6. Click Place Model in the 3D view panel, then place the model in the layout. Alternatively, drag a model from the AI Model List into the layout.

Multi-view Generation Model

1. Click 4 Views at the top, then choose any tool and upload images sequentially (you need to upload a front view and one additional perspective image. You cannot generate a model with just one front view).

2. After a successful upload, click the create model icon. The generated model will also appear in the AI Model List, for use as needed.

Text Generation Model

1. Click Text at the top, then choose any tool. You can enter the features of the model you want to create in the input field.

If you're out of ideas, try using the recommended examples (e.g., selecting Bed will populate example text in the input field).

2. Complete the text description, and click the create model icon. The generated model will also appear in the AI Model List, for use as needed.
