Problem

What to do if rendering is slow
If you encounter slow rendering situations, including:

Always showing queuing
Showing [get renderings at 8:00 tomorrow]
Rendering, but rendering time is long
Please troubleshoot in the following order.

Solution

1. Showing [In Queue]

Weekdays around 11 AM and 2-6 PM are peak rendering hours. (Based on Beijing time)

During peak rendering hours, the server load is high. You can try the following methods to speed it up:
Render 1-2 images at a time, do not add multiple images at once, as rendering has a personal queue. A personal queue limits the number of simultaneous renders for one person. Adding 1-2 images won't go into the personal queue, but adding more will definitely trigger the personal queue, causing all tasks to queue.

2. Showing [Rendering], but rendering time is long

High rendering parameters will cause slow rendering speeds. It is recommended to check

the plan is too large, too many models, or too high a number of model faces

whether there are overly complex materials in the plan, such as jade, candles, stone, etc.

Whether [Specular reflection] is selected (The Specular reflection switch essentially avoids rendering occlusion. As much data as there is in the plan, as much data will be rendered)
Whether there are overly complex materials in the plan, such as jade, candles, stone, etc. After selecting these materials, check whether [Render Complex Materials] is selected (Enabling the render complex material switch will render the displacement properties of the material. If a large number of displacement materials are used in the user plan, enabling the complex material switch will increase the rendering pressure on the engine)
Whether [Light leakage repair] is selected
Whether [Reduce noise] is selected (Part of the light settings in the old version have)

3. Showing [get renderings at 8:00 tomorrow]

Creating 8k render images, 16k, 32k panoramic images, 8k bird's eye view, HQ720p, HQ1080p, Ultimate 1080p, and other high-resolution photos or videos requires waiting for nighttime idle time rendering.

4. Is it a high-resolution render image

Rendering images with a resolution of 12k and above take up more machine resources, making the queue more crowded during peak hours. You can render lower resolution clarity first.
