[Render] Generate Roaming Video

Using Coohom's roaming video feature, you can quickly and easily turn your project into a showcase video, providing a more direct way to present your design concepts and product features, thereby showcasing the interior design effects of your project.

Entrance

There are two entry points for creating roaming videos.

Entrance One

1. Click on Render on the left, to enter the render page.

2. Click on Video at the top to start creating.

Entrance Two

1. Click on Gallery at the top to enter the gallery page.

2. Click on Imager/Videos in the top-right corner to enter the render page.

3. Click on Video at the top to start creating.

Create Roaming Video

Edit Camera Path

Once on the page, click Edit Camera Path to enter the editor. The top-left of the page shows three types of camera shots you can choose from.

Straight Lens

Select the straight lens, click at a suitable position and drag the mouse to draw a straight path.

Curved Lens

1. Select the curved lens, click at a suitable position and drag the mouse to draw a curved path.

2. The path for the curved lens includes a third point that you can drag to control the curve's degree.

Vertical Lens

Select the vertical lens, click at a suitable position to place the camera.

★Note: You can add three different camera paths at once. After rendering, there is no need to edit the video manually—the system will automatically stitch together the paths in the left-hand list in order to create a complete video.

Adjust Camera Settings

★Note: These operations apply to all three camera path types

1. In the right operation panel, you can adjust the camera's Movement Direction, Angle Of View, Horizontal, Pitch under Camera Lens.

2. You can individually or simultaneously adjust the Start/End Settings.

Individual Adjustment: When the lock icon is displayed as unlocked, the start/end points are unlinked and can be adjusted separately.

Simultaneous Adjustment: When the lock icon is displayed as locked, the start/end points are linked, and their heights adjust simultaneously.

3. You can click the Focus Lens switch to place the focus marker at the desired location, achieving a straight-line path effect focused on one spot.

4. You can click the Clipping switch to set the cropping depth to achieve the target effect. You can also click the Speed switch to set the camera movement speed.

View Preview Effect

1. Select the desired Aspect Ratio at the top-right.

2. Click the Preview The Clip option in the right panel or the Preview All option in the bottom-left to check if the effect meets your expectations (the total lens duration cannot exceed 30 seconds).

Render Video

1. Click Complete at the top-right to enter the rendering page.

2. Click the arrow on the left to expand the left panel.

3. Within the left panel, you can adjust Aspect Rations, Resolutions, Ambient Lights, Environment.

4. After completing the adjustments, click Render Video at the bottom, then click Next in the popup window.

5. Select video tokens and click To Render to start rendering the video.

View Rendered Video Effects

After rendering is completed, click Gallery at the top-right to view the effects.

FAQ

Q1: Is there a height limit for the camera, such as 3 meters?

A1: There is no limit. The camera height mainly depends on the floor height. If you'd like the camera height to exceed 3 meters, you need to adjust the Room Height first, then adjust the Camera Position(Level).

Q2: Who can use the roaming video feature?

A2:The roaming video feature is available to all account types, however, basic accounts do not have tokens for creating videos. Coohom offers the option for basic accounts to request one-time token usage permissions via Live Chat.

Q3: How long does video rendering take?

A3: Rendering typically runs during off-peak hours and may take several hours to complete.

Q4: Is there a limit to the number of roaming videos per project?

A4: There is no limit to how many videos can be rendered. As long as you have enough tokens, rendering is unlimited.

Q5: Can I add watermarks or music to my videos?

A5: Currently, this is not supported. It is recommended to use other video editing software for post-production.
