Target Users
All Coohom enterprise users
Before
Previously, if you wanted to showcase 3D products on Amazon, you had to prepare the models one by one according to Amazon’s requirements and manually upload each model to Amazon, which was very inefficient.
After
Now, as long as you are a Coohom customer and have uploaded your models to Coohom, you can bulk upload Coohom models to your Amazon store. Once uploaded and approved, you and your customers will be able to see the 3D display of your products within the Amazon mobile app.
Enable Features
You need to contact your Customer Success Consultant to obtain the corresponding feature permissions (limited-time free offer).
Prepare Models
You need to create models according to the modeling specifications (specific guidelines can be obtained by contacting your Customer Success Consultant), and then go to the Coohom enterprise library to upload the corresponding models.
If you have already created models, please check whether they comply with the modeling specifications.
Access the Page and Log In for Authorization
You can find the related features of Ecommerce Thruster within Coohom. Click on it to enter the corresponding feature interface.
At this point, you need to authorize your Amazon store first. Click on Store Authorization in the upper right corner to view currently authorized stores. After clicking Authorize New Store, the system will prompt you to log in to your Amazon account and complete the authorization; multiple stores can be authorized.
Maintain Product Information
Select the corresponding product and click to maintain information for 1. ASIN, 2. Store, and 3. Region— all three are required fields—then confirm and save.Note: If a certain Amazon product is displayed in multiple Amazon stores or regions, you only need to upload that model to one of those Amazon stores or regions. After waiting for Amazon’s approval, it will automatically display that product’s 3D representation across multiple stores or regions.*The batch maintenance feature is not yet available.
Batch Send to Amazon
Once you have completed maintaining the relevant product information, you can select multiple products at once and click Send to Amazon.
Choose Whether to Reduce Polygon Count
To ensure a good shopping experience for Amazon users, there are strict limits on polygon counts for models. Therefore, any model exceeding 300,000 polygons will not be approved by Amazon. To improve approval rates on Amazon’s end, we require your authorization before proceeding with lossy polygon reduction compression.
Wait for Review Results
After sending off your models, you can choose to check their review status in Coohom’s Ecommerce Thruster interface (as shown below).*Models submitted for review by Amazon are manually reviewed and may take approximately 3-5 business days or even longer.
Visit App for Viewing
Once the model has been approved, you and your customers will be able to view this product’s 3D effect through the Amazon App after a period of time.
