Beberapa kesalahan dapat terjadi saat mengunggah Model 3D, misalnya bahan tidak tampil, berubah menjadi hitam, atau menjadi warna lain yang tidak normal. Seperti pada tangkapan layar berikut, artikel ini merangkum kemungkinan penyebab masalah tersebut beserta solusinya.

Solusi
1. Setel ulang slot Material Editor untuk mencegah bahan yang tidak diperlukan memengaruhi Asset Tracking.
2. Tekan Shift+T untuk membuka Asset Tracking dan periksa file mana yang hilang.
3. Pilih satu multi-layer kosong. Lalu, klik alat Eyedropper untuk menyalin bahan model. Di sini terlihat bahwa multi-layer tidak menampilkan bahan apa pun.
4. Klik tombol M setelah Diffuse dan buka pemetaan target di Bitmap.
5. Jika Anda hanya ingin menyesuaikan path atau nama bahan, Anda dapat mengubahnya langsung di Asset Tracking.
6. Archive semua file yang diperlukan untuk model ini ke dalam paket terkompresi. Jika Anda menyalin paket ini dan menggunakannya di perangkat apa pun, pemetaan tersebut tidak akan hilang.
⭐Catatan:
Coohom mendukung unggahan paket terkompresi. Anda dapat menggunakan fungsi Archive di 3ds Max untuk mengunggah file Anda.
Sebelum mengarsipkan, nonaktifkan Gamma and LUT (Customize＞ Preferences...＞Gamma and LUT＞nonaktifkan opsinya).
1. Jika model tidak memerlukan pemetaan, Anda bisa mengabaikannya. Namun, jika pemetaan diperlukan, Anda harus mengarsipkan dan mengunggah file pemetaan bersama file .max.
2. Buka file .max untuk memeriksa model Anda. Jika pemetaan tidak ada atau jalurnya salah, pemetaan material tidak akan muncul.
3. Temukan file pemetaan yang diperlukan lalu simpan di folder yang sama dengan file .max.
4. Arsipkan file Anda.
1. Setelah model berhasil diunggah, terkadang pratinjau dapat menampilkan masalah seperti di bawah ini. Penyebabnya adalah normal pada model.
2. Solusi: Pilih model ＞ Convert to Editable Poly ＞ Polygon ＞ pilih normals pada model ＞ Flip Normals.
3. Terakhir, pilih model Anda lalu klik kanan untuk Convert to Editable Mesh. Setelah itu, arsipkan file Anda.
Solusi: Sesuaikan kembali rasio diffuse.
Dalam kasus ini, tidak ada masalah pada model maupun pemetaan. Anda perlu memeriksa pengaturan rendering.
1. Render ＞ V-Ray ＞ Global switches ＞ Override mtl ＞ nonaktifkan.
2. Render ＞ V-Ray ＞ Color mapping ＞ Gamma (atur Gamma ke 2.2).
3. Setelah selesai, arsipkan file Anda.
