The new account management system helps enterprise administrators handle account creation, deletion, searching, department management, and VIP assignment more efficiently—ideal for daily member management and organizational maintenance.
Enterprise admins and managers
From the enterprise workspace, click Account Management — Employee Management, then click Switch to New Version in the upper-right corner.
After switching to the new account management page, you will see 5 modules:
Module 1: Department Structure Management
Module 2: VIP Display Area
Module 3: Account Operations Area
Module 4: Account Display Area
Module 5: Extended Functions Area
1. You must create a department before adding members. The system provides a default root node. Click "...", select Create Sub-department, enter the Department Name in the pop-up panel, and click OK.
2. You can continue to Create Sub-departments under a sub-department, or Edit and Delete departments as needed.
Click Adjust the Department Structure. You can choose between Bulk Adjustment Department and Sort.
Click Bulk Adjustment Department. In the pop-up panel, select specific departments to modify their parent node in bulk, allowing you to quickly restructure the department hierarchy.
Click Sort to activate the department sorting function within the organizational structure. Drag and drop to adjust the order and hierarchy of departments, then click Finish Sort to confirm the changes and exit edit mode.
This area shows the total number of VIPs purchased by the enterprise and their usage status. The following example illustrates this:
Method 1: The Mailbox Creates a New Member
1. Click Add Member — The Mailbox Creates a New Member. Select a VIP type from the enterprise's available VIP accounts to assign to the new account, then click Next.
3. After saving, the system will display a confirmation prompt stating that VIP benefits cannot be unbound once assigned. Click Understood, Continue to Save to complete the creation.
⭐ Tip: After successfully creating an account, you must refresh the current page to see it in the list.
Method 2: Moved In From Other Departments
Select the target department, then click Add Member — Moved In From Other Departments. In the pop-up window, select the existing accounts you want to move in and click OK.
This function has the same effect as add sub-department in the department structure.
Click Batch Setting to see two core functions related to VIP accounts: Associate Account Privileges and Renewal Account Privileges.
1. After selecting multiple sub-accounts in bulk, you can click Associate Account Privileges to perform a batch binding operation for account privileges.
2. If any of the selected accounts already have privileges bound, a conflict prompt will appear, as shown below. You will need to remove the conflicting accounts and only associate privileges with unassociated accounts.
Note: For a single account, you can also set privileges via the following path:
1. Renew Account Privileges allows you to renew privileges in advance for accounts nearing expiration. The prerequisite is that the enterprise must have enough available VIP licenses to perform the renewal.
2. Select the account(multiple selections allowed) and click Renew Account Privileges. When the renewal pop-up appears, the system will verify if the renewal conditions are met.
1. Select the accounts, then click Enable/Disable. In the pop-up panel, choose Disable and click OK. The process for enabling accounts is the same. (Batch operations with multiple selections are supported.)
When an employee leaves, enterprise admins can use the Employee Data Handoff feature to batch copy Employee A's projects to Employee B.
Select the desired mode to export. Once the export is complete, you can quickly download the file from the location shown below.
The system supports quick searches by Email and Name. Results will be displayed in the viewing area.
In the display area, you can use the search function in the upper-right corner for quick lookups. Multi-field filtering is also supported.
The Account Toolbox provides four features, including Account Recycle Bin, External Accounts, and Apply for a Trial Card. Details are as follows:
If an enterprise admin confirms an account can be deleted and removes it using the Delete button in the account details, they can later use the Account Recycle Bin to recover it if needed.
Example: After deleting an account, click Account Toolbox — Account Recycle Bin — Restore. The recycle bin retains accounts deleted within the last 180 days and provides a recovery function.
If your enterprise has purchased the External Accounts service and created accounts, you can access the corresponding management page via Account Toolbox — External Accounts.
For scenarios like training, enterprises can independently apply for a 7-day VIP trial card to test features with training accounts.
If you need to use the old admin console in the short term, click Back to Old Version to change the interface.
